Twiggy is a browser extension designed to provide sustainability scores and eco-friendly product recommendations for products viewed online.

Information We Process

When the user activates the extension, Twiggy reads publicly visible product page information from the currently active browser tab, such as:

• Product title
• Product page URL
• Public product description text

This information is used solely to generate a sustainability score and eco-friendly alternatives.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personally identifiable information
• Account credentials
• Payment or financial information
• Health information
• Private communications
• Location data
• Browsing history beyond the currently active page

Data Usage

Product page information may be securely transmitted to Twiggy’s backend server for scoring and recommendation processing. Twiggy does not sell, rent, or transfer user data to third parties.

Data Storage

Twiggy does not maintain user accounts and does not store personal user data. Any data processed is used only for generating scores and recommendations.
